Plant Operations Manager – The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations, including production, inventory, logistics, quality, safety, and facility performance, while ensuring compliance with OSHA/EHS requirements and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This hands-on leadership role drives safe, efficient, and profitable manufacturing by managing production schedules, on-time delivery, labor and capacity, inventory flow, equipment reliability, cost control, quality performance, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and standard work. The position leads and develops plant personnel, maintains key operating metrics and corrective actions, supports financial and capital planning, and partners closely with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance on standard and engineered-to-order products, major valve projects, customer requirements, vendor training, and process improvements. The Plant Operations Manager also participates in daily production reviews and planning activities to ensure resources, priorities, and plant capabilities remain aligned with customer demand and overall business objectives.

CNC Machinist/Programmer – We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC Vertical Machining Centers to close tolerances (±0.001”), performing operations such as boring, milling, drilling, thread milling, and rigid tapping. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of verifiable experience, strong proficiency in CNC programming and G-code, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Experience with Okuma (Fanuc controls) 561V and 761V-II machines and Renishaw probing systems is highly desirable. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to inspect and verify precision work using measuring instruments, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
