DVP Series – Diverter Valves

Building on our revolutionary self-lapping, rotating disc-valve technology, our diverter valves, are, quite simply, the last valves you’ll ever need.

Deployed in some of the harshest plant environments all over the world, our valves are still going strong decades after they were first installed.

What makes Everlasting valves superior isn’t just the innovative design, however. Our extraordinarily talented design and engineering teams work hand-in-hand with our customers to extensively evaluate your unique operational needs and challenges, then design in customized features that enable our valves to support your specific applications and solve your plant’s toughest problems.

Engineering Your Uptime

A complete line of DVP Series Diverter valves are engineered for use in abrasive and severe-service applications. When combined with a fabricated lateral “Y” connection, the assembly functions as a diverter valve capable of diverting, blending, or fully isolating material flow.

Each valve incorporates Everlasting’s proven and patented rotating disc and seat design to ensure reliable sealing and long service life. and service, reducing maintenance time and improving operational uptime.

The Everlasting Diverter Valves can be switched on the fly, and no lubrication is required. The designs of each style are based on the open body Rotating Disc technology proven since 1904 in our two-way valves. The disc and seats are solid hardened alloys in the 38RC to 59RC range this provides exceptionally long life in abrasive media. These valves have performed in titanium dioxide, fly ash, Portland cement, Alumina silica and calcified Kaolin, sugar, coal and other erosive particulate. Actuators include lever, hand-wheel, pneumatic cylinder, the valves are flanged, and pressure and temperature ranges vary with design type.
